We are a leadership and public safety consulting firm led by Lauretta Hill, a nationally respected law enforcement executive with over 31 years of experience. During her tenure with the Arlington TX Police Department, Lauretta led the regional planning and directed all security operations for major events including Super Bowl XLV (2011), NCAA Men’s Final Four (2014), MLB World Series (2010 & 2011), and the NBA All-Star Game (2010). From uniting complex departments to managing high-stakes crises, Lauretta and her team bring unmatched expertise and integrity to every engagement.
